These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ka4444 platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By using ka4444, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Taka Transactions

Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on ka4444, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

- You are of sound mind and are accessing the platform voluntarily, without duress or compulsion.
ka4444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Where satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided, ka4444 reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold withdrawals, and void any bets placed during the period in question.

Account Registration
To access the full range of services offered by ka4444, you must create a registered player account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, truthful, and current.
Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one registered account on ka4444.app. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment accounts, device identifiers, or any other variation — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ka4444 reserves the right to:
- Suspend or permanently close all duplicate accounts without prior notice.
- Confiscate any bonus funds or winnings derived from duplicate accounts.
- Retain any deposits held in duplicate accounts to cover administrative costs and potential fraud losses.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ka4444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. ka4444 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
KYC Verification
ka4444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to verify player identity and age. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
- A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within three months).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot showing the bKash or Nagad account registered in your name).
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of your ability to withdraw funds. ka4444 processes KYC documents within 1–3 business days. All documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Account Information Updates
It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date. If any of your personal details change — including your email address, phone number, or registered payment method — you must update your account promptly or notify [email protected].
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ka4444 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ka4444 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are currently supported:
- Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, SureCash
- Bank Transfer: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other scheduled banks in Bangladesh
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your ka4444 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 60 minutes to be reflected in your account balance depending on network conditions.
ka4444 does not charge any fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independently of ka4444. You are responsible for checking and accepting any fees charged by your payment provider.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible, as a fraud prevention measure. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for mobile banking methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
ka4444 may request identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal request. Where KYC verification has not been completed, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until the verification process is finalised.
Wagering Requirement: Deposited funds (excluding bonus balances) are not subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. However, if a deposit bonus has been accepted, the associated wagering requirements must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. See Section 05 for full bonus terms.
Transaction Disputes
If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must notify ka4444 within 30 days of the transaction date by contacting [email protected]. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be investigated. ka4444 will review all transaction disputes fairly and in good faith, and will communicate its findings within 5 business days.
Bonuses & Promotions
ka4444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, IPL, and the ICC T20 World Cup. The specific terms applicable to each offer are displayed at the point of opt-in and form part of these Terms.
General Bonus Terms
- All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, which is specified individually for each offer at the time of the promotion.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated for the relevant bonus. Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically.
- Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Players may not stack multiple bonuses unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from wagering with bonus funds (once wagering requirements are met) are eligible for withdrawal.
- ka4444 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time, including in cases where a player is suspected of bonus abuse.
- Players who have opted in to a bonus may only withdraw their real-money balance before wagering requirements are met by forfeiting the active bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
Bonus Abuse
Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing low-risk bets that exclusively hedge bonus wagering requirements, and using automated systems to complete wagering. ka4444 actively monitors for bonus abuse and reserves the right to confiscate bonus funds and associated winnings and suspend the relevant account.

Game Rules & Fairness
All games available on the ka4444 platform are supplied by internationally certified game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider operates under its own certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and publishes independent Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all game titles.
Game Integrity
ka4444 does not modify game outcomes, alter RTP settings below the certified values published by game providers, or interfere with any game result in any way. All game outcomes are determined solely by the game provider's certified RNG system. In the event of a dispute about a game outcome, the game provider's server logs constitute the definitive record.
Sports and Cricket Betting
Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each sport and event type. These rules are available within the betting interface at the time of placing a wager. Key principles include:
- All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation except where ka4444 exercises its right to void a market (see below).
- In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, ka4444 will apply standard void rules appropriate to the sport and market type.
- Obvious pricing errors — where the odds offered clearly do not reflect the true market due to a technical or human error — may be voided by ka4444 at its discretion, with stakes returned.
- Live in-play betting results are determined by the official result at the end of the relevant event or period, as confirmed by the governing body (ICC, BCCI, BPL committee, FIFA, etc.).
Malfunctions and Technical Errors
In the event of a platform malfunction, server error, or any technical failure that affects the integrity of a game or bet, ka4444 reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the relevant stake to the player's account. ka4444 is not liable for any losses caused by technical issues outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures on the player's side.
Prohibited Conduct
Players must use the ka4444 platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account on the ka4444 platform using any combination of personal details, devices, or payment methods.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or access the platform in any non-human way.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or any technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
- Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not available to the general public.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino table games.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or attempting to use ka4444 for money laundering or any other financial crime.
- Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
- Allowing a third party to access or use your ka4444 account, or accessing any other player's account.
- Attempting to access the ka4444 admin systems, other players' data, or any part of the platform's infrastructure not intended for player access.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing ka4444 customer support staff or other players.
Anti-Money Laundering: ka4444 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity. Deposits and withdrawals are monitored for patterns consistent with money laundering. Any account found to be involved in financial crime will be suspended immediately, all funds will be frozen, and the matter will be escalated to the relevant authorities.
Account Suspension & Closure
ka4444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
- Court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a law enforcement authority.
- The player voluntarily requests self-exclusion via ka4444's responsible gaming tools.
Effect of Account Closure
Upon closure of a player account:
- Any real-money balance (net of bonus funds) remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided no fraud investigation is pending.
- Bonus balances and any bonus-derived winnings are forfeited upon account closure.
- Open bets at the time of closure may be settled normally and the resulting balance (win or loss) will be reflected in the final withdrawal amount.
- Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, or deliberate breach of these Terms may have their entire balance forfeited.
Voluntary Closure
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. ka4444 will process voluntary closure requests within 1 business day. Players who have self-excluded via the responsible gaming tools should note that voluntary self-exclusion periods are binding and the account cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has elapsed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ka4444 and its operators, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any of the following:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive financial losses arising from your use of the ka4444 platform.
- Loss of winnings, data, goodwill, or profits arising from platform downtime, technical malfunction, or service interruption — whether or not ka4444 was advised of the possibility of such losses.
- Any inaccuracy in game odds, betting lines, or promotional materials caused by a technical or human error, where ka4444 has exercised reasonable diligence to ensure accuracy.
- Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delayed or failed transaction processing outside of ka4444's control.
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit ka4444's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
You acknowledge that online gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss and that you are wagering your own funds voluntarily. ka4444 is not responsible for any financial decisions you make as a result of using the platform.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms. In the event of a dispute, ka4444 will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter fairly through its customer support team at [email protected] before any formal process is initiated.
Changes to These Terms
ka4444 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ka4444 will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page. In the case of significant changes affecting player rights or obligations, ka4444 may also notify registered players by email to the address registered on their account.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the ka4444 platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
Minor changes, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing clauses, or updates to contact information, may be made without separate notification. These will still be reflected in the updated "Last updated" date on this page.
